About Gordon B. McDonough

Profile

I am Gordon McDonough, an artist living and working in Los Alamos, New Mexico (USA). I work in wood, wire, fiber and fabric, paint, 3D printing, and many media in between. I am also a partner in The Mathamuseum, a trunk+ based traveling math experience.

Experience

I trained as a painter in the Art Department at the University of Miami, and received my BFA. Since then I have had a plethora of jobs in fields from commercial fishing to piano moving, to teaching middle school science. Always to support my art habit.
